As the third decade of the 21st century dawns, the Technocratic Union stands on the cutting edge of a future imperiled. As science and technology draw humanity closer than ever before, certain factions within the Masses display gross negligence, undermining the Union’s work and endangering the world for shortsighted gains. Despite global telecommunications, new frontiers in virtually every field of study, and an understanding of the universe only dreamed of by earlier generations, humanity faces threats on all sides.

Climate change threatens to destroy life as we know it. Religious fundamentalism breeds terror around the globe. Diseases, once eradicated in the developed world through vaccination, have returned due to antivaxxer movements. Totalitarian, nationalist governments rise as the Masses succumb to fear of the other. The world stands on the brink of destruction, and it is up to the agents and operatives of the Technocratic Union to save it…or be its ultimate destruction.
Technocracy Reloaded peels back the curtain and examines the role of the Technocracy in Mage 20th Anniversary Edition. The various Future Fates presented in Mage 20 are examined and this book introduces a few of its own. This book provides a detailed look at life within the Technocracy, expanded information on the Conventions, a wealth of equipment, Adjustments, and Procedures, a breakdown of the various shadow conspiracies and factions within the Technocratic Union, and tips for running your own Technocracy Chronicle.

Despite all that seems to be going on, it's still Month End update time. I hope that everyone is keeping safe and doing their best under the circumstances. Nothing big to report this month, but I'll take a little bit of status quo with all of the chaos that's been swirling around lately.

Hello Bloodthirsty Backers!
I know this month has been full of updates, from our surveys being sent out to our first digital reward availability. Today, we'll be getting into our regular practice of a month-end status update. As noted in previous updates, these projects take a long time to put together. You've seen the manuscript, but there are still many moving pieces and puzzles to solve in turning this into an awesome book. These month-end updates ensure that communication is constant and consistent, and that we're all on the same page with regards to where we stand.

Thanks to everyone who's logged in to BackerKit, reviewed their pledge information, and completed your survey! BackerKit allows us to confirm that we've got everyone's correct list of rewards, gather all information needed to get those rewards to you, and also allow backers to add or confirm new Add On reward items, as well as allowing those fans who missed the campaign to pre-order Cults of the Blood Gods!
James, gathering a bunch of V5 PDFs to send out today...
In another few weeks, I'll send out my first regular month-end summary update. It's a pretty involved and dynamic process, creating these books, so I want to ensure that I have constant and consistent communication with all backers. Each month, I'll be providing a status update for our rewards (usually nothing more complicated than "delivered" or "pending"), as well as sharing information about this project and other Onyx Path projects where possible.
Many of these updates will be similar - these projects take a fair amount of time to build, and some stages are multi-part processes, so a book in "Development" may not show incremental updates in our monthly summary, but there's always forward progress being made.
DIGITAL REWARD DISTRIBUTION
Many of the rewards for our kickstarter projects take a lot of time and effort to complete. Usually, the kickstarter is a means of moving the project from an idea (even when it's a mostly-fully-written idea) into the actual channel that turns it into a project/product. It'll be a while before we're ready to talk about delivery on Cultsof the Blood Gods, and even longer for the projects generated via Stretch Goals (Trailof Bone and Ashes, Forbidden Faiths, Faithful Undead).
That said, there are a few rewards that are available now, as they were mostly add-on PDFs of existing products. And now, we can work on getting those out to you before the week ends.

REWARD DISTRIBUTION
Your link to claim these digital rewards will be sent out by our BackerKit pledge manager over the next day. Since we are using our partners at DriveThruRPG as the host for this, you will need to set up a DriveThru account if you don't have one already. Over the next few days, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey invititation link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

Within the BackerKit Survey and Pledge Manager, you can:
Change your Reward Tier pledge selection
Confirm Add On selections
Set up payment information for any failed payments from the Kickstarter campaign or to pay for any new Add On options selected

From the BackerKit welcome page, in reverse order, you can select Switch Your Pledge Level (Option 2) immediately. Or, you can select your Pledge Level (Option 1) to review your reward tier and change from that screen.

An option at the top of the Pledge Information screen will allow you to upgrade your Pledge Level.
Once we've got a fair response to our survey and collected a reasonable amount of info, I'll be working on fulfilling rewards that are available now - like the PDFs of the titles included in our Add On section, (Chicago By Night, Vampire: The Masquerade 5th Edition, Anarchs, Camarilla, and Beckett's Jyhad Diary.)
